Our Premium external drive housing offers the increased performance of USB 2.0 and FireWire 800 interfaces. It can be used with hard disks and CD, CD-R and DVD drives to provide a quick and convenient portable storage and back-up solution.

  • Supports up to 250GByte IDE hard drives
  • Can also be used with 5¼” CD, CD-R, DVD and DVD writer drives etc.
  • Internal rubber shock absorbers provide drive protection
  • Backwards compatible with USB 1.1 and FireWire 400

Please note: You can only make one connection from your computer to the housing via USB or FireWire. You can not connect to both the USB and FireWire ports on the housing at the same time!
