We have launched a USB Wireless Presenter that combines a mouse, a laser pointer and a PowerPoint presentation controller in one compact handy unit. For presenters that like to roam around a room this latest gadget from LINDY works up to 30m away from the USB receiver unit and uses omni-directional technology, so the user does not even need to point the transmitter at the receiver to operate the unit.

An easy plug and play installation with no software to be installed enables the LINDY USB Wireless Presenter to be used anywhere there is an available USB port. It consists of a receiver that connects to a computer’s USB port and a hand held-transmitter with a built-in touchpad mouse, laser pointer and PowerPoint control buttons. The Presenters compact design makes one-handed operation easy and the controller functions in the same way as PowerPoint keyboard shortcuts and includes controls for ‘Page Up’, ‘Page Down’, ‘Esc’ and ‘Alt+Tab’.

Engaging with the audience is large part of delivering a successful presentation, but it’s very difficult to do so when you keep having to run back to press a button or are tied just a couple of metres from a desk with a cable.
