LINDY is committed to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the EU directive 2002/95 governing the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in our electrical and electronic products.

This directive bans the use of heavy metals (Pb, Hg, Cd and Cr6), and of brominates fire retardants (PBB or PBDE) in the manufacturing process. This ban will apply to all products sold in the European Union, regardless of country of origin.

It is our intention to exceed compliance obligations by ensuring that our products meet the most stringent requirements of the RoHS directive for cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr6+), Lead (Pb), polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs)

LINDY will comply fully with the RoHS Directive by the effective date of July 1, 2006 and where possible compliant products are being made available to our customers before this date.
