You can also place orders online if you are in the European Union and you have a username and password for the LINDY website. Click here to request a username and password.
• For customers in the European Union we require a VAT Registration number, otherwise domestic UK VAT (17.5%) will apply by Law. If you are not VAT Registered, 17.5% VAT will be added to the value of your order.
• Our currency of trade here is the Euro. All business prices are ex VAT.
• If you know the products you require, make a note of the 5 digit product codes, this will make it easy for you to tell us what you would like to order.
• If you don’t know the products that you require, or you have a problem and need a solution, feel free to call us on +44 1642 754020 and we will advise you on how to achieve what you need.
• If you require a large quantity of an item, please feel free to contact us and we will look to offer you improved pricing (if it is possible to do so).
OUR DELIVERY SERVICES
International customers are serviced from our warehouse in Mannheim, Germany.
• Euro Standard Delivery - Deliveries to countries ‘local’ to Germany generally take 1-2 days, while more distant countries can take an extra day or so to arrive. - We offer a flat rate delivery cost of €16,95 to all EU countries.
• Worldwide Express Delivery – We also offer an express delivery service, but please be aware that the cost for this service is quoted order by order, calculated from the size and weight of your shipment. This service offers 1-2 day (quite often next day) deliveries to virtually all European countries.
Please note: For destinations outside the EU, we only deliver using the Express Service
PAYMENT OPTIONS
• We accept VISA and Mastercard (Though unfortunately, our systems do not work with VISA Delta). **
• You can also make a direct Bank Transfer Payment to us (our bank details are available upon request), but please be aware that we have to wait for the payment to arrive in our account before we can dispatch your order. - Bank payments generally take 3 days to arrive in our account.
Please be aware that if you pay by Bank Transfer, you would be expected to pay ALL additional transfer charges deducted by your Bank and our Bank, so the FULL payment arrives in our account. – Failure to do so will delay the dispatch of your order while we request the rest of the payment from you.
• Established customers can also apply for a 30 day credit account with LINDY, subject to the usual International Credit Checking procedures. Application forms are available on request, as well as our Terms & Conditions.
**Some customers outside Europe will be expected to pay for their first order by Bank Transfer. After the successful completion of this order, we will accept a Credit Card as payment for future orders.

To keep our customers up to date with new products, special offers and anything else we feel is important for you to know, we offer a FREE HTML email service. This is generally 2 emails per month to show you the best of the new products we introduce.
